: What server O/S. are you
running? We use RedHat 7.0 on our Linux servers and
windows2003 on our NT servers.

:Can I access my domain address with or
without the "www"? Yes, you will be able to access
the domain address with or without the "www" in front of
the domain name. Example: [http://www.your-name.com] or
[http://your-name.com] is acceptable, whichever you
prefer.

:Do you offer dial-up Internet
access? No, you will need local Internet access in
order to maintain your web site and retrieve email
addressed to your site.
Q :How long does it take before my
domain name is active? Once the InterNIC announces
that your domain name has been registered (or
transferred, if applicable), it usually takes about
72-hours before it is active. All Internet providers
must update their records (DNS tables) to reflect the
new site's location.
Q :How long does a domain name
registration last for? For a .com .net or .org it is
for the period you choose 1-10 years.
Q :Can I use my hosting account for
commercial purposes ? Yes, you can use your account
for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become
the most efficient and cost-effective means of making
information available to the users of the Internet
community and we encourage our customers to utilize such
an enormous medium
Q :What is the bandwidth allocation on
your hosting accounts? We offer unlimited bandwidth
for each of the user accounts. Don't worry about the

recommend? We recommend Cute FTP, or WS_FTP. You can

SSI? Yes this is turned on by default.
Q :Do you support ASP? Yes, our
windows 2000 server supports ASP scripts. file extension
of ASP script should be ".asp".
Q :Do you support PHP? Yes, our
servers supports PHP scripts. File extension of PHP
scripts should be ".php".
Q :Do you support FrontPage 2000 server
extensions? Yes, This is available free for all Linux
hosting accounts
